Monday- Thursday
HIT/Crossfit 11:15-12:00pm
Friday
Shoulders/ Plyometrics 11:15-12:00pm
Lunch 1-1:15pm
Snack 3:30pm (As needed)
Leave work at 4:30pm
Monday- Friday Evening

A) City Gym 5:00-6pm 5x5 Strength Training
B) City Gym 5:00-6pm Yoga (W)

Leave City Gym by 6:15pm
Skate at park 1hr
Home 7:30/8pm
Shower & Dinner 8:00pm - last meal
